The Spear Stickman Game Review
The Spear Stickman Game Background
The Spear Stickman is a ragdoll physics-style 2D aim and shoot game. As a spearman, take out as many enemy archers and spearmen before you get killed.
This game was developed by Demonte Maximiliano of QKY Games.
How to Play The Spear Stickman
To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the screen with your fingers. Select the play button on the bottom center of the loading screen to bring up the welcome screen. On the welcome screen, select the play button on the upper right side to begin.
You take control of a stickman wielding a spear situated somewhere on the left side of the screen. Select and drag to aim. Release to shoot the spear. Try to take out the enemy archer or spearman somewhere on the right side of the screen. Each time you take out an enemy, a new one appears in another part of the level. Over time, more archers and spearmen appear. Take out as many enemies before one of them hits you.
Your web browser automatically saves your game progress. The amount of coins you earned appears on the top left corner of the welcome screen, while your best score appears on the top right corner.
Basic Gameplay Advice
It usually takes two shots at the torso to take out an enemy. Shots at the legs will not cause damage. Shots at the head, meanwhile, are an instant kill. These same rules apply to your character as well.
Besides enemy archers and spearmen, you can also strike at apples.
You earn 1 point and 1 coin for every enemy you take out. You can compare your latest and best scores on the game over screen.
You can unlock protective headgear using your coins or apples. In addition, you can also unlock a few helmets by reaching a specific score. Headgear will protect your head from headshot strikes, which are normally immediately fatal.
Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy
The archers and spearmen will not always aim for you directly at first, but they will recalibrate their aim after every shot. Aim as quickly as you can and strike fast. You’ll never know when your enemy will have a lucky shot. If you can’t make a head shot, try to strike their torsos twice or their legs as many times as you can.
Educational Aspects
This game hones a player’s aiming skills and reaction time, as they must work fast to take out the enemy archers before they get shot.
Player Age Recommendations
This game contains cartoon violence and blood, and is thus suited mainly for older children and adults. The game is suited for fans of aiming, shooting, and archery games.
