This is a simple idle clicking game where you earn coins by clicking on an ice pop. Use the points you’ve earned to buy upgrades that will help you generate points automatically. The gameplay is similar to other idle clicking games like Idle Farming Business.

The game’s name is inspired by the Popsicle brand of ice pops.

How to Play Popsicle Clicker

On the welcome screen, left click or tap on the following buttons to get started.

• Select New Game to start a new session. If you’ve played this game before, your browser will immediately clear your previously saved game data.
• Select Continue to load your previous game data.

Left click or tap on the ice pop to generate points. Keep selecting the ice pop until you earn enough points to buy the first upgrade, the popsicle stick. Buy this to slowly generate an automatic trickle of points and increase the value of each of your clicks or taps.

Collect a falling red ice pop to double your income for a few seconds.

Keep selecting and upgrading to earn more points. To win, you must earn 20 million points. Selecting the victory button will give you the option to reset the game.

Basic Gameplay Advice

The game has five upgrades that can be leveled up:

• Popsicle sticks
• Popsicle mold
• Popsicle cart
• Popsicle factory
• Popsicle rocket

All but the first one are blacked out at the start of the game. Once you earn enough points to buy them, they become fully visible.

Each of the five upgrades can be leveled up. Leveling up an upgrade increases the rate of points generated per second. The more expensive the upgrade is, the more its upgrades contribute to the rate. Levelling up has a ramp-up cost. Be prepared to pay significantly more to boost more expensive upgrades.

Graphics depicting these upgrades appear onscreen as you unlock them. The screen gets cluttered with them as you level up.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

Unlike some of our other idle tycoon games, this game does not continue playing while you’re away. While your browser may attempt to auto save the game, we suggest clicking the save button manually if you want to quit the game and come back later.

Throughout the game, you’ll need to click or tap on the ice pop to earn points faster. This continues to apply well into the middle game when you’re already making a sizeable income automatically. That said, the game autonomously produces points even when the window is inactive.

The amount generated by the more expensive upgrades outpaces the cheaper ones. As soon as you can afford it, focus your resources on leveling up the more expensive upgrades.

Like most tycoon-type games, this game teaches the importance of reinvesting income to improve income flow. It also imparts the lessons of persistence and patience. It takes time to set up the upgrades to have the game generate substantial income by itself.
