Play Checkers is a variation on the classic board game which allows you to play against a friend or the computer, choose from 5 different piece designs, and use a custom board size which is either 8x8, 10x10, or 12x12. Changing the board size changes the piece count from the standard 12 pieces each on an 8x8 board. If you play a 10x10 board there are 20 pieces on each side, and a 12x12 board has 30 pieces on each side. In this game if a scoring move is available you are forced to make it, and can make multiple consecutive such moves. Pieces which you are able to move are outlined in green. Regular pieces can only move diagonally forward one space, or two spaces diagonally forward if they are jumping over an opposing piece. When your piece makes it to the opposite side of the board it becomes a king, which allows it to move diagonally in all 4 directions. Kings have a marker or colorful center to denote their status. Take all of your opponent's pieces to win. This is a JavaScript web application which uses cross-platform mobile-friendly HTML.
