New Soccer Championship is a simple but engaging version of online soccer. Use your mouse position to chase down the ball or run with it. Press the left click button to shoot, pass, or hard tackle. There is no out of bounds in this game, as the walls keep the ball in play. At the end of each 3-minute game the stats are shown for goals, total shots, on target, passes, tackles, possition time, and penalties. This game allows you to play a quick match, a 5-round single-elimination championship tournament, or penalty kicks. In tournament mode you play as a single team and simulate all other matches. If the game is tied at the end of regulation you shoot penalty kicks to see who wins. If the game is tied after 5 penalty kicks each then you keep playing sudden death to where one team makes a penalty kick that the other team misses the match is won.
