Dessert Suika Game Review
Dessert Suika Game Background
Dessert Suika is a sweets-themed ball merging game. Drop the round sweets down and merge them together to form a much larger dessert. Keep merging desserts until you form the largest one.
The game was inspired by the famous fruit-merging idle tapper Suika Game and shares many of its rules.
How to Play Dessert Suika Game
Left click or tap anywhere on the welcome screen to begin. Doing so will automatically drop the dessert looming on the top center onto the play area. The current dessert appears on the top center while the next dessert is shown on the top right corner.
Drop identical desserts next to one another to merge them to form larger ones. Keep merging identical desserts until you form the biggest one. The game continues until the the pile reaches the top row of the screen. Before this, a dashed line appears to alert you of the need to bring down the pile. If the pile exceeds this line, it’s game over.
Your web browser automatically saves your best score. Your best score appears on the top center of the welcome screen.
Basic Gameplay Advice
You already see both your current and next fruits. Plan your next move based on what you have on hand. Don’t drop the current fruit until you have a spot for both.
Try to place the fruits in an orderly manner. As long as smaller fruits don’t come between larger ones, you should be fine. You should also avoid creating large voids in between fruits, which not only keep them from merging but also piles them higher up, putting you at risk of a premature game over.
Pay attention to the game’s physics. Each time you drop a fruit, it and the others it hits rolls around for a little while. Wait until the fruit comes to a complete stop before dropping the next one. This not only allows you to put fruits in where you want them to go, it also gives time for the fruits to merge by themselves if they’re close enough.
Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy
Sometimes, you may need to drop a fruit in a way that allows it to push another fruit to where you want it to go.
Ordering the fruits around to make them easy to merge is a must for long-term gameplay. We recommend a stair-step arrangement that goes from left to right. Arrangements like this keep smaller fruits well away from the larger ones.
There is no time limit in this game. You can take as much time as you need in planning where to drop your fruits.
