Cooking Street is a level-based restaurant simulator game. Serve customers steak and drinks according to their preferences as quickly as you can to earn tips. Meet the target amount of profit per day to beat the level.

The gameplay is similar to Cooking Blaze and Cooking Fever, but with steak instead of burgers.

How to Play Cooking Street

To select, left click with your mouse or tap on the touchscreen with your fingers. Select the play button at the bottom center of the welcome screen to open the level selection screen. On the level selection screen, choose a level to begin. Select Play to immediately start the level or select Upgrade to buy an upgrade first.

To cook steak, select a steak from the meat freezer to put it on the grill on the center left. A timer appears above the steak to indicate its doneness. Take the steak out once it’s done cooking to serve it on a plate. Don’t let it stay too long on the grill or it will burn; a timer indicates how long it’ll take before the steak is burned. Burned steaks are automatically tossed into the trash on the bottom right of the screen. Add garnishes such as sauce or lettuce as demanded by the customer, then select the finished steak to serve it.

To prepare a drink, select the juice dispenser on the right side of the screen. A timer will appear above the drink cup indicating how long it takes to fill up. Once it’s filled, it will automatically go onto the tray. Select the drink from the tray to serve it.

Basic Gameplay Advice

The game has 50 levels, which are unlocked sequentially. You can replay any level you’ve already beaten. The game encourages you to replay each level to improve your star rating on each one. By default, finishing a level earns you 1 star. Replay the level after paying for upgrades to earn a higher star rating. The highest rating you can is 3 stars.

To beat the level, you must earn the requisite amount of coins. Satisfying customer orders is the key to earning as many coins as you can. If a customer loses their patience (indicated by a bar next to them), they will leave, which will negatively impact your ability to meet your level goal. The level goals get higher as you play the game

You receive coins each time you finish a level. The game awards you with the coins regardless of whether you beat the level, which is especially important if you want to buy upgrades for the game early on. To earn higher star ratings in levels you’ve previously beaten, it is important to buy upgrades that increase the price of your stock.

Advanced Playing Tips & Strategy

Keep your kitchen efficient. As much as possible, cook multiple items at the same time. Have at least 2 steaks plated and 1 drink ready at the start of each level. Outside of Level 1, make sure there’s always a steak in the grill each time a customer walks in. Do not garnish the steaks with anything until you see what the customers want.

The next thing you should upgrade is your kitchen capacity. You can safely put this off in the earlier levels but this becomes a requirement in the later ones. First off, buy new slots for your drinks first, then the steaks. Likewise, increase the capacity of your kitchen as soon as you can afford it.
